Terms of use is very important, and here at Tiggio Anime we understand that to have a good business relationship it will require communication, understanding our terms of use, and a full understanding from both customer & company.
Let’s begin with you reading this clause: Before Team Tiggio Anime starts any work on your newly designed product we would like it if you first read our terms of conditions. Here at Tiggio Anime we devote a lot of time to designing your products from scratch; so please understand that we’re evenhanded people, and we hope that all of our customers are the same.
Terms of a Secured Payment:
Once you as the client have secured a full payment and the details for the completion, then Team Tiggio Anime will begin working on your newly crafted product. In some cases Team Tiggio Anime may take partial payments for our Ghostwriting Services or our Website Design services, but for our other services we will require a full payment before we will start designing. Once we begin on your project, next you will start receiving concepts; then you have 12 days to decide if you would like to approve the concepts, make changes to your concepts, or cancel the project all together. If you decide to cancel the project within the 12 days then a refund will be issued, as that is our refund policy. However, be aware that any canceled projects will be added to our store where it can be sold to anyone willing to purchase it. You can rest assured that any and all information pertaining to you will not be added with it. If you give an approval and then give us permission to continue your character then an option of a refund is voided. Also, if we have started coloring your character or if the project is more than 12 days old then all refunds will also be voided.
Terms of our Policy:
How does Tiggio Anime’s Policy work? Here at Tiggio Anime we do have a satisfaction guarantee clause that we back dearly, but we have to go a step further by displaying refund guarantee rules. It’s advised that you read our terms of conditions because they can change without notice. In the event that our terms of conditions have changed, and you as the client haven’t reread our policies, then you as the customer will understand that Team Tiggio Anime is right.
Terms of a finished product:
You will receive your finished product via email, or your product can be delivered through your personal FTP. If you opted to have our Team Tiggio Anime staff to design a website for you, then we can either host the site for you or we can place the site on your personal server. In the event that you receive the final draft of your product, then you can be assured that all of the copyrights are turned over to you the customer. You as the customer will attain no rights to unfinished products, or any canceled projects. Also Team Tiggio Anime will retain all concepts, but as we said before all rights to all finished products are turned over to the customer.
Terms of a Refund:
When it comes to character design if you attempt to cancel your order for a character, but we have already started coloring your character; then there will be no refunds offered.
Once you have approved the concept of a product, and we have agreed to start the next phase of your project; then the only changes will be entertained is color changes. It’s not easy to design and redesign that which we have crafted for you, so you will have to pay for any changes once you have approved the concept. You have to understand that it may take hours to color a single product, so going back and making changes is out of the question unless you contact a project manager so that you can arrange to pay additional fees.
Terms of timeframe:
You have a total of 5 days to respond to our email(s) concerning your project. If you fail to respond back to us in that amount of time it will result in us voiding any refunds and your project will be put on the shelf. If you would like to reactive your project in the future it will result in an $89.00 activation fee.
Terms of completed product:
At any time during the completion of your project, if you the customer say that your product is complete in its current condition or if you say that you want a final design it will be viewed as a completed product. We would like to mention here that just because you don’t ask for a completed product doesn’t entitle you to receive a refund. As we stated before your final product will delivered via email, please keep your email address that you have provided for us in a working condition.
